BOOK YOUR SESSION
At the time of booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date and time. Please note for ALL STUDIO BOOKINGS there is an additional $50 for the studio fee.
All shoots must be paid in full prior to your session or immediately following your shoot via credit card.
If the client runs 15 minutes late, a surcharge fee of $15 will be added. If the client runs 30 minutes late, a surcharge of $30 will be added. Anything past 30 minutes your session will be canceled. Please note that your shoot time will not be extended if you are late. If the client is unwilling to pay the late fees, the session will be cancelled, no exceptions.
CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:
ALL deposits are non-refundable. Client may reschedule the date of the shoot no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment date. Client must reschedule within 30 days of their original scheduled appointment date. Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of their session, but will forfeit their initial deposit.
Clients will receive image proofs within 2 days of their shoot. Image proofs are watermarked and
unedited. Proofs are only for selection purposes only; please do not post to any social media platforms. Proofs/Unedited images are not include with any package. Images can take roughly 10 to 14 business days to edit after selection.
Payment of retainer constitutes as an agreement to Brandon Hopkins Photography LLC policy and procedures.
